Chronic Body Odor
It’s all in the food.
What you eat has a direct correlation to how you smell. When you eat food it is processed into calories that you can use and spread throughout the body. If you have a poor diet, you may smell just as poorly. If you have any doubts about whether you smells are originating from your meals, try spending a day drinking nothing but water and eating lean high quality, sugar-free food. You may be surprised in the change.
However, if your body odor has changed suddenly for the worse, there may be an underlying medical issue. So don’t dismiss going to the doctor. Disease of the kidney and liver as well as infections can cause you to emanate foul odors. It’s a great idea to think about your hygiene too. A thorough shower with a good soap can do wonders.
